Kit is nekomancer sent from the depths of hell to collect undead souls that have been slowly infecting the planet. While visiting the overworld she may have gotten a little distracted. While she still collects souls in her spare time she has decided to stick around for awhile and try her hand at this streaming thing.

I started my streaming journey back in 2021 but officially debuted on November 26th 2023! Since then I have tried my best to foster and grow my community and I continue to do so. Throughout my journey I've had the opportunity to meet some amazing people and commonly collaborate with others. At the moment I stream mainly Horror & Story based games but I hope to branch out and do more art and ASMR streams.

✦ By choosing to commission me you automatically confirm that you have read through and accept the following TOS. Failure to comply with or acknowledge these terms will result in the blacklisting of your account.

  1. I have absolute rights to my artwork; this includes the right to post it on any of my socials, stream it, and add it to my portfolio.

  2. There will be an added fee ($100) if the client does not want me to post the work on my social media or stream it; unless it is a commission with commercial rights.

  3. The client must credit me (@k1ttch3n) as the artist, or link one of my socials anytime my art is showcased if this rule is not followed you will be asked to delete your post.

  4. Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, unless commercial rights were discussed and paid for. Refer to commercial rights to learn more.

  5. Do not claim, trace, edit, copy, repost, or remove the watermarks from any of my artwork.

  6. Using my artwork for AI learning related reasons or selling it as a NFT are both strictly forbidden.

  1. Usage of the artwork must be agreed upon before I start the commission.

  2. Clients can however come back and purchase the commercial rights if they wish to do so.

  3. Commissions with commercial rights will be prioritized over commissions with personal rights.

  4. Even if a client buys the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own.

PersonalIncludes rights to use artwork made by me as a profile picture, banner, or post on social media (with credit).
Design Use 1.5x totalIncludes rights to use a design made by me to make or commission other assets.
Digital Use 2x totalIncludes rights to use artwork made by me for promotional material, streaming graphics or video graphics.
Merch Use 3x totalIncludes rights to use artwork made by me to make both digital and physical merchandise.

  1. All prices are in USD.

  2. The client must make sure to calculate the cost in their respective currency before commissioning me.

  3. All transactions will occur via PayPal Invoice so I will require the email associated to a clients PayPal to successfully issue an invoice.

  4. The client is responsible for any type of transfer or international fee that may occur while sending money via PayPal.

  5. I will not begin work on a clients commission until I receive 100% of the payment.

  6. If you want to be added to my waitlist or considered for a payment plan you will have to pay 25% of your total commission upfront. This will act as credit towards your final payment/s.

  7. Cancelations/refunds are not accepted at any time or under any circumstances but if you’re on my waitlist or have a payment plan the funds you paid can be put towards a different commission type.

  1. Do not rush me, due to my college schedule it may take me a while to complete your commission but I will get it done.

  2. Commissions will be prioritized in the following order: rushed commissions, commercial commissions, and personal commissions.

  3. Rushed commissions are commissions that have a set deadline and have to be completed by a certain date. If a client needs to rush their commission they can expect to pay 1.5x to 3x the total price of their commission. This amount will depend on how big the commission is and how quickly it needs to be completed.

  4. I will provide updates as soon as I have them, so please refrain from asking unless you absolutely need to. If it's been over two weeks without an update feel free to send me a message and I'll let you know what's going on.

  5. Working time can range from a few weeks to a few months, depending on my queue and schedule.

  6. If a client wishes to check the progress of there commission they can view my Trello which I update frequently!
